Customer care, product safety, and legal compliance are the highest priorities for service operations. The use of Nitrous Oxide for illegal misuse is not condoned or supported. All individuals must be at least 18 years of age to use the website or access delivery services.

Safety, Misuse, and Age Verification

• Identification Requirements: All new customers and individuals hosting events at commercial lodging are required to sign a disclaimer and provide a valid photo ID for security records. Failure to provide identification upon request will result in the cancellation of the order and the application of a delivery fee.​

• Policy on Misuse: Strict anti-misuse policies are enforced. Evidence of intended product abuse or inhalation will result in an immediate refusal of sale and a permanent ban from future business transactions.​

• Health Risks: The sale of cream whipping chargers for the purpose of inhalation is a serious offense. Misuse of these products carries significant health risks, including asphyxiation and other life-threatening complications. Products must be kept out of reach of minors at all times.

• Order Frequency: Customers are requested to limit orders to once every 20- 45 minutes to ensure efficient delivery windows and driver safety during late-night or early-morning hours.​

Delivery and Logistics Policies

• Delivery Locations: Deliveries are strictly prohibited in public places.

• High-Rise and Urban Logistics: For deliveries to high-rise buildings, hotels, or units in city centers, customers must provide relevant parking information. Depending on operational volume, customers may be asked to meet the driver in the lobby or at the building entrance.​

• Address Accuracy: Providing an incorrect address will result in additional delivery charges for each subsequent location required to complete the task.​

​

• Cancellations: Orders canceled while a driver is in transit remain liable for the standard delivery fee.​

Product Safety and Technical Guidelines

These terms should be reviewed carefully before placing an order. Whipped cream chargers are supplied exclusively for food preparation.

​

• Pressure Limits: Users must follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding charger limits. It is recommended to use no more than one charger for 0.25L or 0.5L whippers, and no more than two chargers for 1L whippers. Exceeding these limits creates a risk of explosion due to excessive pressure.​

​

• Handling Hazards: Chargers contain liquid Nitrous Oxide under high pressure. Attempting to pierce the sealing cap without professional catering equipment can lead to serious freeze burns or explosion-related injuries.

• Storage and Disposal: Chargers must not be incinerated or exposed to direct heat or sunlight. Storage temperatures should never exceed 50°C. Do not dispose of full chargers.

• Transportation Restrictions: Pressurized gas cartridges are strictly prohibited from air travel. Unauthorized attempts to transport these items by air may result in prosecution.
